At Bhaktivedanta Hospital & Research Institute we have a holistic approach to cardiac care. Our Heart Centre is a centre of excellence offering a wide range of cardiac services for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of acute and chronic cardiovascular diseases in children and adults. The Centre is well supported by a dedicated team of experienced cardiologists, cardiovascular thoracic surgeons, anaesthesiologist specialised in cardiac care, well-trained fellow doctors, nurses and technical staff.

The Heart Centre’s Cath Lab was inaugurated by Late Honourable Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, Former President of India. It is well-equipped with high-tech Artis Zee Cath Lab Machine (Siemens, Germany) having flat detector panel that acquires excellent images with Clear Imaging, and minimised X-ray dose with CARE dose-saving technology for safe procedures. Its Fractional Flow Reverse (FRR) technology helps to diagnose whether stenosis is haemodynamically significant and will stenting help the patient.
